Headed to South Africa!

This week is flying by. Things have been really, really hectic and I am feeling a little overwhelmed. I’ve just unloaded my things from QVC-UK and am leaving for South Africa on Monday. I’m teaching 6 different classes in Plettenberg Bai, then going to Pretoria for four more sessions. It comes to 15 different projects which must be stepped out, timed out and all possible student questions or potential problems anticipated before I leave. I love it, but I could sure use another week!

Wednesday was a sunny 70 degrees, which in Amsterdam is tantamount to a heat wave—so early in the morning I turned up my iPod and went cycling in the park to relax. It really helped…then I got home to find a package of yoga magazines from my mom in the mail. There’s something about seeing my mom’s handwriting that somehow makes everything better. Then Keith and I went out to our favorite vegetarian restaurant, where the meals take over an hour to be prepared (never go there when you’re hungry) but are so worth the wait.

I’m excited to see some old friends in South Africa, and even more eager to meet some new ones. Next time I blog, it will be from beautiful Plettenberg Bai!

PS. Not going to be in South Africa with me? How about Portland, Oregon? We’re planning our annual Girlfriends Getaway for September 8. Contact Tonya at HOTP to find out more!

What great news to hear you're coming to my country!
I watch the webisode every week and really like the products you've designed. I stay in johannesburg so maybe I can book a session when you're in Pretoria. Where can I find more details of your visit???

Happy travelling,
Antoinette

Hi Sara!

Well I am so excited for you going to my home country South Africa. I'm here in Texas. Hot, Muggy, Texas! Which reminds me that while it may be warm in Plett remember to take some warm clothes cos it is winter there! I am sure you know that already but just in case! I know Joburg has been freezing!

I am very jealous but hope you have lots of fun!

Regards
Lesley

Oh! To experience, even for a few days, your particular brand of stress. All that preparation is difficult, I am sure, but the travel sounds just wonderful! Do you ever sit in a bit of quiet thankfulness for such a full and rich life? Happy for you way back here on my little hill in middle Tennessee...Rhonda~~~P.S. Love, love, love the webisodes!

When will you be able to get some rest? All the traveling and work you're doing for classes must be exhausting. I'm glad you enjoy it and I hope you have a chance to relax soon.
