Where do I post a card for the blog giveaway?
Oh how lovely!
my 2 favorite colors–pink and purple!! The card looks like it was very time-consuming to create but probably very much a “labor of love”!!!!!
That’s a pretty heart. What stamp set does it come from?
It’s from the Labels and Frames set
Here is a link to a post I just did about a project using HOTP stamps. Is this how we are supposed to enter the contest?
http://pennydouph.blogspot.com/2011/06/mosaic-cardsowh-second-million.html
Yep! Love the colors…looks wonderful!
Penny: very bold and dramatic! Several days ago I read your blog posting about how you created it. The card is fantastic!
Penny, love the colors in this card. Reading your blog about how you made it, I would love to see it in person and be able to “pet” it.
I’m soooo looking forward to the webisodes – I’m still working my way through the archive and learning all sorts of new things! My card is a S-card, which doesn’t really show up well in the scan. I used Far East Beauty (love that set!) and the Classic Cardmakers pack. Thanks for the shot at a fabulous prize package!
Thanks for entering. I think this stamp set is so versatile!
I like your clean, simplistic layout which is really appropriate! The medallion tag/label is very pretty–my favorite part!!
Here is my entry. Thanks for the chance to win. Your company is the only on-line company I have ordered from!
Thanks for your orders and thanks for your submission!! Adorable!
adorable blue color theme creation! Very clever idea with your sentiment text!!!!!
Can we enter more then one? I have another card I like better then the first one I posted?
Sure!
I’m attaching an ATC card that I did with Far East dazzles and a piece of scrap paper from one of my mom’s card making kits. I’m new to paper crafting…my mom has been an avid paper crafter for years, and now has me hooked too! I love the Far East and botanical designs.
Your image didn’t attach…hopefully you can try again!
I would love to win this prize – it is a great chance. Thanks
I forgot to say that the stamps used are from the Medallions and Corners set and from Tiny Words & Images. Also, my blog entry about this card is here: http://cheringpapermemories.blogspot.com/2011/07/card-from-scraps.html.
I just love PW stamp sets! Erin can we enter more than once or am I being cheeky?
Love the vibrant colors!
Michelle: Fantastic use of stamping!
Here’s my entry. I made it using paper and stamps from Hot Off the Press. The stamps I used were from these two sets: Medallions & Corners, and Tiny Words & Images. The “Birthday Wishes” is one stamp. To use it as I did, I inked first the one word and printed it, then cleaned that off and inked the other word. Since only one picture can be attached here, I’m adding my blog address where it shows what this “Telescoping Oval” card looks like when opened up: http://cheringpapermemories.blogspot.com/2011/07/card-from-scraps.html
Very nice!
Cheryl: your card creation is wonderful! How patient to use your 2-word stamp as you did for this!!!!!
Thanks,Rebecca! I was glad it worked.
I really like the 2 stamp sets I used here. They are so versatile. I also really had fun with the telescoping oval. I’ve only seen a telescoping circle before and it was fun to change it up.
I used the small love tree stamp (HOTP-1034) with one of my favorite papers, black & white swirl (HOTP-10122) to make an anniversary card. I really like the small love tree stamp since the design is just so cute! I love the swirly branches with little hearts. I also like the price (99 cents)!!! Thanks Paper Wishes!!!
Nice job…and thanks for letting people know what products you used!
Exciting to be part of the first giveaway for PW’s blog! I’m just starting to purchase the new clear acrylic stamps and one of my favorites is this floral swirl border stamp shown on my featured card!
Here is a tag I made for this challenge. It is also posted on my blog: Paper Crafts, Pass It On, and lists all of the stamping supplies from Paper Wishes (with Links)that I used.
Nice! My favorite color combo – pink and green!
Here’s a card I made using the dinosaur small stamp. Love those small stamps! Thanks for the chance to win some goodies.
An adorable boy-themed idea. Love it!
Dear Erin,
I would like to thank you again for this wonderful opportunity!
Thank you so much for giving us, Paper Wishes (PW) fans, the opportunity to show off using your wonderful products. I created a 12×12 scrapbook page. I used stamps from two stamp sets: 1. Swirls 2. Flowers. I used the swirls stamp for the background of my title and for one of picture mats. I then stamped four different flower stamps on white cardstock, colored them with watercolor paints (shimmer), cut them out and added PW brads, Bits of Bling, and stickles to the centers. Additional PW products include: Diamond Folds template (brown border left hand side), 12×12 Paper Pizazz Blue/Brown dots, Oranage and Green papers from the Cardsmaker’s Citrus Creative pack; brown papers, letters, leaves, and journaling tag from the Journal Kit for the Earthy Girl/Classic Girl. I think I got everything
ooops, I failed to attach my entry! Here it is….
Nice use of Paper Wishes products…it all came together beautifully!
Love the way you did that border with the ribbon!
Hi Luz,
this is a very nice layout. I really like the colors.
I like this card better then the first one I posted.
I really like the mini stamps and use them all the time.
It’s adorable! Way to go – getting to your holiday cards early!
Violet, cute card. I recently got that stamp, but haven’t used it yet. I think it makes a great focal for Christmas cards.
(I had trouble with reading the “two words” correctly and the first time my comment went elsewhere.)
…and here’s another card using the mini stamp of presents. I’m well on my way to getting my Christmas cards done on time this year!
Another cute card. I’d like to get this stamp too.
I’ve learned a lot from Paper Wishes Webisodes especially on card making when I started making handmade cards a few years ago. I should thank Sara who sparked my interest to try stamping. Since then, I’ve been on the look out for new stamps from PW.
For this submission, I have made a square shape corner bookmark. The link for this corner bookmark can be found at my blog at this link http://sitinuriatistudio.blogspot.com/2011/07/stylish-corner-bookmark-square-shape.html
Thanks and I’m so looking forward to the WOW soon!
I like the color and overlapping design. The upcoming Week of Webisodes should inspire you even more! New products and techniques!
Cute bookmark. I don’t think I’ve seen one like that before.
I’m not sure if we’re allowed to enter more than once, but since it doesn’t say, I’m assuming that we can like we have been able to in the other PW contests. (If not, you can just delete my comment or post it with a note that it won’t count for the drawing.)
This card is made as what is called a “Joy Fold” card. I used PW small cupcake stamp set as well as stamps from the “Tiny Words and Images” set. Instructions and more views showing how it opens can be found on my blog: http://cheringpapermemories.blogspot.com/2011/07/stamped-birthday-card.html
I love cupcakes! Cute!
I had fun making this one. I had never tried a “Joy Fold” before.
Here’s another project I’ve made with stamping supplies from Paper Wishes. It is a Sara Surfaces 4-Fold Folder. I stamped it with stamps from the “Sweet Blossoms and Swirls” set. For details of what I did and to see other views of the folder, check out my website, here: http://cheringpapermemories.blogspot.com/2011/07/more-fun-with-stamps.html
Wow, what a great original design! Thanks!
The sweet blossoms & swirls set has some wonderful designs. I also really like being able to create my own backgrounds using distress inks. (Loved that webisode where they showed these techniques!) Looking forward to some more great ideas!
It is exciting to have a give away. Here is my entry, all Paper Wishes. Paper Tole is really fun to work with.
Very nice! I like the border and color combo!
Great color scheme!
I love the small dandelion stamp. I also used the dandelion from the botanicals stamp set for the background.
Beautiful! You’ll see the dandelion stamp in the upcoming Week of Webisodes too! Thanks for submitting!
Shannon, your card is absolutely beautiful!!!
Gorgeous. Is that heat embossing on the “Happy Birthday”? It looks like it’s done on vellum. How did you keep it from warping?
Thank you. The “happy birthday” is heat embossed on vellum. I moved the heat tool around a lot to minimize warping. The bottom still warped a bit so I used the ribbon to hold it down.
Hope I got this one on time!!
Love the colors, Michelle. The black & white really sets the red off well.
Cute card. I got that stamp but haven’t been able to use it yet. I think it makes a great focal for a Christmas card.
The blog giveaway prize package arrived today and it’s just as awesome as I thought it would be! The only problem is that I’ve just had surgery on my right hand (and, yes, I’m right-handed!) so I can’t play with any of my new toys. It may be as long as 8 weeks before I can use my hand. I am so frustrated, as you can imagine.
